Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same design shown in the product images. However, please note that due to the handmade nature of our rugs and different lighting or screen settings, slight variations in color or texture may occur—each piece is unique.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you automatically after a successful purchase. You can also access it anytime by logging into your account on www.mahirug.com and visiting your order history.

How can I return an item?

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at info@mahirug.com with your order number and reason for return. Please ensure the rug is unused and in original packaging. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some of our rugs are limited-edition, but if a product is out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page. For high-demand or standard designs, restocks are often planned.
