1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Rugs must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@mahirug.com with your order number and reason for return.

⚠️ Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect rug, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund—at no extra cost to you.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the rug has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may initiate a return once the product arrives.

5.Shipping and Delivery

We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver our products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.

All the orders will be dispatched in 3-4 business days and will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
